Important Information

  • New user limit: Up to Rs. 30,000. Returning users can check their limit in the BaadMay app.
  • Minimum order: Rs. 1,000.
  • Payment method: Visa or Mastercard issued by eligible Pakistani banks.
  • Not accepted: UnionPay, PayPak, and cards from digital wallets/apps such as NayaPay, SadaPay, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.
  • COD unavailable: BaadMay is only available for online prepaid orders.
  • Ensure your card has sufficient balance and is enabled for online transactions.

How to Pay with BaadMay

  1. Add your favorite NDURE products to your cart.
  2. Select BaadMay at checkout.
  3. Enter your details or log in using your registered mobile number and T-PIN.
  4. Review your order, installment plan, and payment dates.
  5. Add your eligible debit or credit card and confirm the payment using your T-PIN.

Installments & Payments

  • The first installment is charged at the time of purchase.
  • The remaining installments are automatically charged monthly.
  • If a payment is overdue, your BaadMay account may be paused until the outstanding amount is cleared.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

NDURE's applicable return and exchange policy applies to your order. If NDURE initiates a monetary refund, contact BaadMay Customer Support to complete the refund process. Refunds are processed within 2 working days, but the amount may take 7–14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
