We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do.

  • Contact our customer service center by calling us 0800-55876  between 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, Monday till Friday or email us images of defected product at help@ndure.com.
  • You may exchange the delivered goods at the nearest Company’s outlets within 15 days of the delivery on production of original invoice provided the goods are unused, must be packed in their original packing with all tags attached, unworn/undamaged condition and not altered.
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
  • Items purchased from sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange.
  • No cash refunds, only online store coupons available for out of stock items.
  • No exchange for accessories.
  • Once sale starts the final price at the sale will be the final price for exchange.
  • Option 1: By Courier
  • Call our customer service representative at 0800-55876 so we can arrange a pickup for your product.
  • Exchange is not possible without the original receipt.
  • Carefully repack the merchandise making sure all tags are intact, the product is unused, and the receipt is included.
  • Hand over the product to the courier agent sent by the Brand.
  • NOTE: Only applicable if product sent by Brand is damaged/not as per order.

Option 2: In Store

  • Call our customer service representative at 0800-55876 so we can guide you about product availability in the nearby store.
  • Exchange is not possible without the original receipt.
  • In-Store exchanges are subject to stock availability in that store.

The Following applies to both Option 1 and 2:

  • Exchange within 15 days of the purchase.
  • You will receive an online coupon valid for 1 month if the product (replacement) is not available or you want to use it later (no cash refund).
  • No Exchange for accessories.
  • Item purchased from sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange/return.
  • The exchange price of a product will be equal to the price at the time of exchange.
  • APPAREL EXCHANGE POLICY
    • Apparel sold online can be exchanged online only.
    • If customer wants to exchange size/color of the product received, customer has to send product back with a trackable courier.
    • If the product sent was damaged from our side, we will arrange a courier who will pick the parcel from your doorstep.
    • Please note that the product must be unused, all tags intact, price label pasted (if any), along with the purchase invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.

    • You can also reach us on our Facebook page and share pictures of your order along with your order number. Once we receive the product and QA Dept assures that the product is unused, an exchange coupon code with value of the product will be emailed to you.
